Registration: SASA 11v11 Spring 2012 season
Step 1: Registration forms:
Each player has to fill out a player registration form on-line then print and sign. Players have an option to get the player registration form from the league or team representative. If a player is a minor the player will need to have a parent or guardian sign the registration form and submit to SASA registrar.
Step 2: Payment on-line or by mail:
Team have an option to registration on-line with PayPal by using a debit or credit card on-line

Step 3: Player cards with pictures required:
A team representative can meet with SASA to provide us a list of players in order for SASA to make a team roster (e-mail is optional). Each player must have a picture available for their player card before we can issue a I.D. number and laminate the player card. Each team can have up to 18 players for the season $875.00 *on-line *(895.00). There will be an additional fee of $50.00 for each additional player(s) for the season if they have more than 18 players on their roster. Registration fee's cover field rentals, *medical insurance for players (*only if the player has filled out a registration form see SASA form details), liability insurance for players & league association, and league administration costs and supplies. Step 4: Referee fee's:
Each team will pay referee fee's before the game starts in the amount of $45.00 per team if there is a three man crew. If there is a two man crew then the referee fee's will be $35.00 per team. If there is only one referee available the referee fee's for each team will be $25.00. Referee fee's may be in the form of cash or check made out to SASA. Teams that do not pay referee fee's will be fined an extra fee by SASA
